The International Conference on Information, System and Convergence Applications (ICISCA 2019) will be held in Bangkok, Thailand from 23 to 25 January 2019. It aims to be the premier forum for the presentation of the state of art research work in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Public health and Convergence Applications.
ICISCA 2019 is organized by Society of Convergence and Integrated Research and Chungbuk National, and co-organized with XJTLU(China), Inha University IIER(Korea), Yeungnam University(Korea). To ensure highest quality of standard, all papers submitted to ICISCA will be reviewed using a double blind process.

International Clustering Workshop (ICW) is shaping up to be an annual conference to provide a platform for presentations and discussions of recent developments and future trends in Information Technology. ICW is emerging as a leading forum for IT professionals and researchers to discuss and present the latest research trends and results in the field of Clustering Technology (IT). ICW promises to be exciting event that will host leading IT researchers from across the globe and will provide opportunity to build international research collaborations. Papers presented at ICISCA/ICW 2019 should not be published and not be reviewing any other conference and journal. The final accepted papers which meet the conference requirements will be published in EI indexed journals. Selected high quality papers will be recommended for the publication in the competitive International Journals which indexed by SCI(E) or SCOPUS.
