The 16th International Conference on Intelligent Information Hiding and Multimedia Signal Processing (IIHMSP 20), the 13th International Conference on Frontiers of Information Technology, Applications and Tools (FITAT 2020) , are technically co-sponsored by Ton Duc Thang University in Vietnam, Shandong University of Science and Technology in China, Northeast Electric Power University in China, Chungbuk National University in South Korea, National University of Mongolia in Mongolia, Fujian University of Technology in China.
Objective: IIHMSP/FITAT-2020 are annual events serving as international forums for researchers and practitioners from information hiding, multimedia signal processing, data mining, bioinformatics, database and applications to exchange latest research outcomes in the field of Information Technology (IT). Multimedia technologies facilitate the creation of global information infrastructure for acquiring, storing, communicating data with different forms. Proliferation of multimedia applications raises challenges such as multimedia security and privacy, big data in multimedia, and intelligence in multimedia processing. We invite submissions of original research papers for the conference tracks:

- Advancement of the theory and practice of electrical and electronic engineering in the development, design, manufacture and application of electrical systems, apparatus, devices, and controls to the processes and equipment of industry and commerce
- Promotion of safe, reliable, and economic installations
- Industry leadership in energy conservation and environmental, health, and safety issues
- Creation of voluntary engineering standards, recommended practices and the professional development of its membership
- Doctoral research proposal

Paper Submission Details:
All contributions should be original and not published elsewhere or intended to be published during the review period. Submitted papers should be prepared in English in Springer style and should be 6 to 8 pages. All accepted papers must be presented by one of the authors who must register for the conference and pay the fee. The conference proceedings will be published by Springer in the prestigious series Springer (indexed by ISI, EI, DBLP, Inspec, Scopus, etc.). A selected number of accepted and personally presented papers will be expanded and revised for possible inclusion in special issues in high quality scientific journals.
