Pre-registration (Before Early Registration Deadline)
The following fees apply to registrations completed before the Early Registration deadline. Eligible discounts are listed below.

Late / Onsite Registration (After Early Registration Deadline)
The following fees apply after the Early Registration deadline. Late/onsite registration is not discounted.

Discounts & Eligibility
- Developing country discount: 20% discount (all authors must be affiliated with institutions in developing countries).
- Multiple-paper discount (non-student): 20% discount applies only to the second and third papers (maximum of 3 papers) submitted by the same author.
Student Verification Requirements
Students must submit a copy of a valid student ID. If a student is the first author of a paper, they must also submit an advisor letter (applicable to only one paper).
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund: Written notification received before
October 1, 2026September 15, 2026. - 50% refund: Written notification received before
October 15, 2026September 30, 2026. - No refund: After
